Shortly after Shia LaBeouf’s Sunday morning car crash in West Hollywood, a witness heard Shia’s passenger shout, “Fuck!” Isabel Lucus, Shia’s passenger, might have a very good reason to be upset about being caught in a car accident with her “Transformers 2″ co-star.

Isabel has dated Adrian Grenier for the past few months, and the “Entourage” star reportedly wasn’t happy to hear his girl was chilling with Shia that night.

[Grenier] was testy and had no comment Monday when asked how Lucas was feeling after the smashup with her other leading man.

Lucas, 23, was in LaBeouf’s car when it collided with another vehicle at a West Hollywood intersection early Sunday morning and rolled. She was treated for minor bumps and bruises at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and released.

“She was in the car….They’re friends,” a movie source said of the LaBeouf-Lucas connection. The source said the two have been working a lot of late nights on the set and most likely were together to let off some professional steam.

According to Us Weekly, Shia and Isabel were at the Troubadour watching the Lemon Son band Saturday night before the accident. Shia reportedly got his drink on at the club.

“He was dancing around and acting really crazy,” the source tells Us. “He kept doing shots of whiskey.

“He stayed until the band was done and then stumbled out of the club by himself,” the witness reported.

Shia underwent “extensive hand surgery” on Sunday. When asked by reporters how he was doing, Shia’s mother said, “He is doing really well… Thank you so much for asking.”
