Semi-annoying “I Kissed a Girl” singer Katy Perry admitted recently that 15 year old Miley Cyrus was on the top of her list of chicks to kiss. Unfortunately for Katy, Miley said it won’t happen any time soon. Sorry, Katy, she’s just not that into you.

“No thanks,” the Hannah Montana star said with a laugh. “She sang on my record. So I think she’s kind of getting back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds.”

Oh snap.

Anyhoo, the two broads will face off at Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards.
