If looks as if Myspace whore Tila Tequila stole Casey Johnson’s girl. The Johnson & Johnson heiress spent the last couple months happily dating Courtenay Semel, but sparks flew between Courtenay and Tila at a party in Hollywood last week.

“Everyone was going wild. Tila was downing Effen vodka shots all night and hanging all over Courtenay,” said our source. “Tila was totally into her and was dirty-dancing with her, but everyone was still asking where Casey was.” The twosome rocked out with Lance Bass and his boyfriend to the entire show at the Roosevelt Hotel, then hit Crown Bar where they ran into Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, who sat in a corner laughing at the lovebirds for the remainder of the night. Semel said, “I don’t comment on my personal life.”

Lindsay dated Courtenay late last year. The two even shared a home together for a short time, before Lindsay hooked up with Samantha.
