Care to buy a house that surely features a Nightmare Before Christmas motif? Well, Pete Wentz put his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad up for sale, and I’m sure it would suit any black-eyeliner-loving, Tim Burton-watching, schlong-cleavage-showing dude.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom house went up for sale this week.

The rocker purchased the house in 2006 for $1,625,000 and is trying to sell it now for $1,799,000.

According to Wentz’s realtor listing, the “late mid-century” house has “sweeping 180 degree views of the Valley to the Hollywood Sign.” The “secluded celebrity Hollywood Hills hide-a-way features a light and bright floor plan with fantastic architectural details, land, pool, spa & outdoor BBQ entertaining area.”

Don’t worry, Pete won’t be homeless: he plans to move into wife Ashlee Simpson’s huge mansion in Beverly Hills, and raise some young ‘uns.
