Star Magazine published a story yesterday claiming Shia LaBeouf faced amputation surgery on one of his fingers. The actor’s hand was “crushed” during a roll-over car crash, and he faced immediate surgery on the hand. Star reported Shia told “Transformers 2″ producers that he would also need to have his left pinky amputated.
Shia’s rep denied the story.
It’s a “completely fabricated story,” LaBeouf publicist Melissa Kates tells E! News.
The Indiana Jones star’s hand was injured when his Ford pickup flipped in a late-night accident last month. “Shia’s left hand was crushed and will need regular medical supervision until his doctors clear him to return to work,” LaBeouf’s attorney, Michael Norris, said at the time.
It’s not like he would need his pinky anyways. It’s the most overrated of all the digits.

its kindof funny they chose the pinky as the one that would be amputated in the story…. its the only one that looks like its alright in that photo
