In an attempt to portray herself as a caring, active parent, Britney Spears posed along with her sons for a spread in OK! Magazine. Inside the issue, Sean Preston and Jayden James sat alongside their mother for an awkward-looking lunch, complete with Cheetos and orange soda.
Considering the rumors last year regarding Sean Preston’s dental care, you would think someone would have cleared off that table before the photo was taken.
The tooth fairy may be making early visits to Sean. “He’s having dental problems because Britney just shoves a bottle of juice in his mouth all the time to stop him from crying,” a family insider tells Us.
Another source says that, in April 2007, Spears “asked an L.A. dentist if he would whiten her kid’s teeth!” The dentist refused.
But really, an orange glow on a child’s teeth is kind of adorable, so just keep on chugging those artificially-colored beverages, kids.

Oh and hello, those kids are way too young for sodas especially ALL THE TIME. And I highly doubt the cheetos are there for a joke Kayla, that shit is her favorite food group.
