Courtenay Semel, daughter of Yahoo CEO Terry Semel, has made headlines with her relationship with Johnson & Johnson heir Casey Johnson, and more recently, with current girlfriend Tila Tequila. But before those broads, Courtenay allegedly dated Lindsay Lohan.

Although they kept it on the d-low, a source close to Courtenay blabbed to News of the World, giving the tab a few details about their former relationship. According to the source, Courtenay and Lindsay moved in together late last year after Lindsay finished a stint at rehab. The source claimed Lindsay brought dudes home in order to “suppress her lesbian urges.”

“Lindsay brought men back,” the pal said. “Courtenay would throw fits of rage, writing her hundreds of angry e-mails from another room in the house.

“The sexual attraction between them was electric though and they’d still kiss and make up.”

Still, after a couple months, Courtenay moved out, and Lindsay immediately hooked up with Samantha Ronson. The pair met in early 2007, but maintained a “paternal” friendship.

“Back then Samantha and Lindsay didn’t have a physical relationship,” Courtenay’s pal continued. “She once said, ‘Samantha’s the father I never had’!

“Apparently Samantha acted in a ‘paternal’ way towards her, giving her advice and cuddles.”

Despite the fact that Courtenay is happily dating Tila, the source said it bums her out that Lindsay is more public with Samantha.

“Courtenay still can’t understand how Lindsay is now so open with Samantha. Every time she sees a picture of them together it kills her.”

OT: I just noticed that every other story I post is about lesbians. I think I might need an intervention to help my lesbian gossip addiction. Maybe Jeff Van Vonderen can break himself away from the duster can-huffers and help me out.
