Lily Allen looked adorable this weekend while shopping on Portobello Road in London’s Notting Hill. The singer attempted to multitask while a strong breeze almost showed us her goods by blowing up her cute blue dress.

    I’m impressed she managed to get somewhat proper shoes for that dress. One more trainers-n-frilly skirts ensemble and I’d strangle her.
