Courtney Love appeared on the February issue of Italian Vogue, and yup, that’s a whole lotta Photoshop, kids. I’m not sure why they went through the trouble of ’shopping it, when they could have have just shot the cover with a bag over her head. It seems like it would provide the same effect.
