Amy Winehouse pulled out of a scheduled Paris concert at the last minute due to an unnamed illness. The singer’s rep issued a statement claiming she became sick at her London home, and was too ill to travel to Paris to headline the Rock En Seine show Friday, a three-day festival which has seen performances by the Raconteurs, Black Kids, Justice, and Kate Nash.
“Amy Winehouse was regrettably unable to perform at the Rock En Seine show in Paris due to illness,” her spokesman said in a statement late on Friday.
“She was taken ill at her house and wasn’t able to travel to France for the concert.”
Amy is still scheduled to play the Bestival music festival on the Isle of Wight, UK next weekend.

Why on Earth does anyone continue to book her to do anything? I mean, there’s no freakin’ way that I would waste my money on tickets to her show because you just KNOW that the show’s going to be canceled or she’s going to do a shit job if she does show up.
