Following her drug bust at LAX last week, Mackenzie Phillips checked herself into rehab. This is the tenth rehab stint for the former “One Day at Time Star,” but she needs the help now more than ever: after she was found “carrying what appeared to be heroin and cocaine in baggies and balloons” at the airport, a judge charged Mackenzie with two felonies, for possession of heroin and cocaine, as well as a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized possession of a hypodermic needle.

Mackenzie’s attorney confirmed she entered a rehab facility, but refused to give details on the location of the clinic.

If convicted on all charges, Mackenzie could face up to three years and eight months in jail.
