Our favorite drunk-dialer apparently lost his shit again. Just three months ago, bosses at “The Insider” demoted Pat O’Brien from anchor to a measly correspondent position, and now he might even be cast off the show completely. Pat reportedly sent an email to the “The Insiders” staff and producers claiming his co-host, Lara Spencer, makes viewers want to “barf.”

In the e-mail (cc’d to show staff), O’Brien is said to vent about the changes producer Linda Bell Blue has made on “Entertainment Tonight’s” sister show. According to our source, he also talks about visiting his home state of South Dakota, where he says people who can barely afford food or gas “barf” when they see Spencer fretting over her Emmy gown.
