According to a source close to Katherine Heigl, the actress dropped out of contract talks with ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ producers. The dispute allegedly stems from a disagreement regarding salary.
“Katie is disappointed and hurt that (producer) Touchstone doesn’t value her as much as her other costars, especially Sandra Oh and Isaiah Washington,” the source says.
No comment yet from Katherine’s reps or the ABC network.

I hope she doesn’t leave. She adds a lot to the show and it wouldn’t be the same without her.

i do hate Izzie Stevens. but the show wouldnt be the same without her annoying ways and trailor park trash additude. she cant leave. i mean what if the show ends because of it?! then what would we do with our thursday nights?
