Anna Nicole Smith may soon be headed to her final resting place; a Florida judge rejected Virgie Arthur’s plea to have her daughter buried in Texas. Instead, Anna Nicole will be buried in the Bahamas, next to her son Daniel.

The starlet’s estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, challenged last week’s ruling by Judge Larry Seidlin, who gave control of the body to an advocate for Smith’s 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. Arthur wanted to bury Smith in her native Texas.

But Smith’s boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, had argued that she had wanted to be buried in the Bahamas next to her 20-year-old son, who died last year of apparent drug-related causes. The 4th District Court of Appeal agreed.

The trial court concluded that Smith’s “last ascertainable wish” was to be buried alongside her son. “This finding is not essentially disputed,” the appellate judges said in their ruling.

Virgie Arthur’s attorney claimed his client may decide to appeal to the Supreme Court. As of this morning, an appeal has not yet been filed.

Does anyone else find it wierd that Howard says “Anna wanted to be buried next to her son”? I mean, did she know she was going to die…or is it an indication of Howard’s involvement in her death?

I thik it’s horrifying that her whorebag of a mother even contested that. Screw you lady. WHY would you try to prevent a mother from being buried next to their child. It is a sick, twisted, digusting publicity stunt.

I hope vergie, or whatever her name is, friggin disappears.
