Don’t bother inviting Courtney Love to your next coke party; homegirl will totally blab about it on her website. From the New York Daily News:
Courtney Love claims on her Web site that there was a big pile of white powder in the rest room at Paris Hilton’s birthday party on Oscar eve. Now the head of the Foundation for Jewish Camping is skeptical about Paris and Nicole Richie’s stint as camp counselors on the next season of “The Simple Life.” “Counselors are trained, recruited, and tested,” said Jerry Silverman. “We take [it] very seriously.”
So not only will C. Love call you out, but she will also possibly cost you your job. God, she is no fun anymore.

Cocaine is one of the hardest things in the world to quit (although, as Nicole Richie proves every day, meth is just as hard!). Keeping secrets and hiding drug use will only strengthen the addict part of the personality, and part of my own recovery involves speaking about drugs when I think about drugs. I admire Courtney for her attempts to stay away from that shit, and if it means pointing out that the vacuous nobodies our media glorifies are cokefreaks, so be it. You go, Courtney!
