Britney Spears may no longer be at the Promises rehab clinic, but she certainly left her mark on the place–specifically, on the bushes. A sources claimed Spears and some dude, presumably her icky, loser new boyfriend, got their mack on in the bushes on the grounds of the rehab facility. Oh so classy.

The “Toxic” singer, who reportedly was smitten with a guitar player named Jason Filyaw whom she met in AA, “sneaked into a bush” with someone she met while playing tennis at her rehab center, Promises, according to Britain’s Daily Star. “They weren’t exactly having sex, but there was definitely some groping,” a source told the paper.
