Not a Good Look: Parakeet & Stripes Version

Paris Hilton, horizontal stripes, and a parakeet make up the most disturbing combo I could ever imagine. This trainwreck rolled into an LA bookstore to pick up an Andy Warhol book–I assume Paris was researching how to extend her 15 minutes of fame.
