Virgie Arthur’s last minute appeal to stop Larry Birkhead from taking his daughter home to California has failed. Even worse, the Bahamian court fined Arthur $3,000 for wasting their time. Oh snaps!
According to a report from “Access Hollywood,” the judge called Virgie Arthur’s appeal “weak,” and ordered her to pay $3,000 in attorney’s fees for wasting the court’s time. “I am perplexed why this matter is before us,” the judge reportedly said to Arthur.
A judge ruled earlier this week that Birkhead may take the child he fathered with Arthur’s daughter (Anna Nicole Smith, duh) back to his home in California. Arthur’s attorney argued Birkhead should not be allowed to leave the island with the child, as there was a chance he would skip out on a required June 8th hearing.
More good news for Birkhead: a new birth certificate was issued for his daughter today. The baby’s name was officially changed to Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead.

I can’t stand Virgie friggin’ Arthur. She’s an imbecile and I’m glad the judge did that. I hope he throws out her case on June 8th and tells her to go back home and STFU!
