In a predictable move, attorneys representing Paris Hilton filed a notice today, announcing they plan on appealing Hilton’s 45 day jail sentence. According to TMZ, the notice is a formality required before filing the actual appeal.
In other “Paris Hilton is a criminal” news, photos surfaced showing Hilton smoking a joint last month at the Coachella music festival.
No worries, boo, I bet you can get your paws on some chronic while you’re locked down in June.

Jesus Paris, just suck it up and do your time. You messed up and now you have to pay for it just like anyone else.
