According to Page Six, Brittany Murphy’s new husband is in a shitload of trouble. Perhaps even worse, Brittany may have married him last month in order to keep his potentially sleazy ass from being deported.
The National Enquirer reports Monjack was arrested on expired visa charges in the middle of the night on March 27 - just over a month before the couple’s rushed marriage. The tabloid also hits the actress’ tubby hubby with allegations of bad debts and sleazy business schemes, which sources told Page Six the “Clueless” cutie knew nothing about. Monjack’s lawyer told us the charges are being made by “disgruntled ex-girlfriends” and that immigration lawyers concluded the marriage had no bearing on his visa status. Murphy’s rep had no comment.
The couple was married in their Los Angeles home officiated by a rabbi. After the wedding, they headed to the Kentucky Derby to celebrate the nuptials.

This could not be worse, Simon Monjack is bad news! Why did she not simply google him? He’s a notorious con artist, tried to catch Alexandra Kerry a few years ago, but Secret Service got rid of him immediately. She could have called Simon’s ex wife and gotten an earful.
