Paris Hilton has an emergency hearing tomorrow morning that may land her back in jail! The Los Angeles City Attorney filed motion demanding the judge to force Paris to serve her entire 23 day sentence.
Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff’s Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.
The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.
When Paris was originally sentenced last month, the judge expressly stated “no electronic monitoring” should be allowed; Paris was released today with an electronic ankle bracelet.

This fiasco is hilarious!! My god no wonder she had a nervous breakdown– she is being literally tortured by everyone in the world! That shit Sarah Silverman said (who I LOVE) was totally out of control. Tacky too. She is being humiliated!! I wonder how she’ll come out of this. Probably fine, but still…they are talking about her on world news for christ’s sake! The world is denouncing the US Justice system because of it and comparing it to OJ! Crazy!!!
