Despite his pleas to the court, Tom Sizemore had the book thrown at him: a judge sentenced the actor to 16 months today in state prison for probation violation. The court recommended Tom serve the time at Donovan Correctional Facility near San Diego, because of their rehab facility inside the prison.
Police arrested Tom earlier this year for using crystal meth outside a hotel. This was deemed a violation of his 2004 probation.

Good. I’m glad he’s finally being punished. Everyone keeps getting off and re offending so this time, actually punish his ass. Maybe he’ll learn.
