Despite reportedly being told to stay away from her grandchildren, Lynne Spears claimed the rift between herself and her daughter, Britney Spears, can be repaired.
“Everything is going to be fine,” she told People while shopping in Kentwood, La. “I’ve got a strong family, and everything is going to be fine.”
Spears, who was picking up groceries at a local store on Sunday, also said that “hopefully” daughter Britney will make it to a family cookout in their hometown for the Fourth of July holiday.
Last week, Britney hand-delivered a letter to Lynne, asking that she stay away from her two children if she is talking pain medication. I don’t think Britney will be making it to that family cookout.
