It’s past noon, so I guess we’re due for an update on the tragic life of Britney Spears, right? According to Page Six, Britney is now feuding with Cousin Allie who, up until this week, has been Britney’s constant companion.
Two weeks after serving her mother, Lynne, with legal papers, Spears has dropped her other constant companion, cousin Alli. To make matters worse, Children’s Protective Services in L.A. visited her Malibu home three times last week and told her that her house was unsafe as there were no safety barriers around her pool, X17 reports. That prompted Spears to move to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where Tuesday night she was spotted crying. Meanwhile, a proposed single that was supposed to drop this week never did, and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, still refuses to sign the divorce papers and is threatening to take full custody of their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden.
More bad news: the bodyguard Britney has reportedly been romantically involved with might be gay! Oh noes.

I do not understand how he can refuse to sign the papers!! When I went through mine, a default divorce was not an option because he is in the military and was overseas at the time, but I can have him served with the papers. Anyone else, if he doesn’t show up in court or file a response within 30 days, you proceed with a default divorce, which means that I can stipulate whatever I want. Am I completely wrong here?

and Judy, he’s refusing to sign her “agreements” He wants custody, he wants money money money and all sorts of other things, making it contested, he’s not signing off on her proposals for custody etc.
