Lindsay Lohan’s uncle, Chris Sullivan, spoke out in defense of his beloved niece, telling the NY Post that Lindsay may not have been the one driving on the evening police arrested her for DUI. Sullivan also placed blame squarely on Lindsay’s former assistant, Tarin Graham, saying she “is a problem individual and Lindsay was trying to help her out.”
Graham’s “mother got involved and became hysterical.”
Sullivan would not elaborate on details of Lohan’s alleged peacemaking.
“She [Lindsay] may well have not been driving the car. This girl and her mother are letting Lindsay take the fall, but hopefully the truth will come out! That would get rid of most of the charges.”
Officers responding to a 911 call from Graham’s mom Tuesday found Lohan and the woman in a “heated” argument in the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium parking lot and then noticed the actress was reeking of booze.
Although Lindsay’s arrest came just 11 days after she completed 45 days in a rehab facility, Sullivan claimed the incident was just a “slip.”
“You know, people slip. Hopefully, she’ll get back on the wagon and she’ll be fine.”

Jesus, I think that if these Hollywood “elite” types would just have to face up to reality and accept responsibility for their actions, a lot of them would stop acting like assholes and maybe grow up a little.
Maybe.
