Today we have our first glimpse of Lindsay Lohan since her drunk driving arrest last month. A photographer spotted Lindsay in Orem, Utah on an outing away from the Cirque Lodge rehab clinic where she currently resides.
Lindsay went to a tanning salon for a quick spray tan, before hitting up Gold’s Gym.

Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but I always thought that when you went to rehab, you stayed in rehab until you were done with a set program. Perhaps its all these outings that are affecting her ability to actually rehabilitate.

I really don’t understand how that works either with people always leaving rehab for “outings” and parties etc. Really? it seems like it’s counterproductive.
