A Manhattan judge ordered Foxy Brown to Rikers Island jail today for violating parole. The three-months pregnant rapper will reportedly stay in jail until her September 7 hearing. Ouch.
Brown had been on probation on assault charges, but two incidents in recent weeks violated her probation, thus leading Judge Jackson to send Foxy to jail.
A source tells TMZ that Foxy’s face was “priceless” when the judge handed down her decision, and that Brown and her lawyer had not expected to see jail time. Brown was booked at Manhattan Criminal Court and handed over to authorities.
In court, Brown revealed that she is three months pregnant, and that she plans to get married.
A source at the Department of Corrections told TMZ Foxy will be housed at a women’s jail on Rikers Island, most likely segregated from the jail’s general population for her own safety.

Is that this years new “it” trend? Jail time pregnancies? I guess that’d keep the ladies from indulging in all of their cravings and packing on too much weight.

I think foxy needs to be put in time out until she can learn to behave. When a child acts up, and yes she is behaving like a child,they get sent to time out. The only difference is her time out has bars. MAKE YOUR MAMA PROUD AND START CARRYING YOURSELF LIKE A LADY. GOD BLESS.

I agree Wayne. She does need to be placed in time out or she needs to have a man that will let her know that her actions are not cute. Hopefully, while everyone is on Eastern Parkway having fun during the Labor Day Parade and she is sitting in a 4×6 cell she will learn to behave and act like a lady who is about to be a mother.

She must think she is still famous. She is not Paris,Nicole,or Lyndsey. A tap on the hand and a hey thats a no-no is not an option. Her ass is going to jail. She is just mad cause her career is through, and she wants everyone to remember her name.
