According to TMZ, Britney Spears is currently being investigated on child abuse allegations. Although specific of the investigation are not known, a source told the site the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is actively investigating Britney and her two sons, Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden James, 11 months.
An unscheduled hearing was held today at L.A. County Superior Court. Present — Britney’s lawyer, Dennis Wasser, K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan and a lawyer from the Los Angeles County Counsel who is assigned to the dependency court.
Britney received an at-home visit by DCFS in February 2006, after photos surfaced showing Britney driving with a then four-month old Sean Preston perched on her lap, rather than restrained in a car seat.

Well, thanks to a website I won’t name but we all know acts as if it’s pro-Britney, the judge will have lots of photo evidence against her: kids playing in birdbaths, after 10pm dinners with the toddlers, JJ holding mom’s pack of cigs, etc. And to think, that’s all happened in the past 3 months!
