Photographers spotted Britney Spears leaving an LA recording studio last night while apparently doing something illegal: as homegirl got into the passenger side of a waiting car, Alli Simms handed her an open glass filled with a margarita. Smart, booze hound, but it’s illegal to be in a car with an open container.
Also not smart: Britney is still subject to random testing for alcohol.
P.S. For the love of God, please get a proper manicure.
