Kevin Federline Will Retain Custody of Children

A Los Angeles judge ruled today that Kevin Federline will retain custody of his two children, while their mother, Britney Spears, will only be granted supervised visitation. Britney’s attorney argued that the ruling on Monday granting Kevin full custody was unfair, and asked he reinstate the 50/50 custody split. The judge said no way.
Kevin showed up for the three hour hearing, while Britney opted to hold an impromptu photo op at a Shell gas station in the San Fernando Valley.
LA County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Britney and Kevin to attend the next hearing, set for October 26.

I love how a rep of hers said that she hopes to have the children back soon. I was like:
“Britney thinks kids are coming back soon, probably still belives in the fucking Easter Bunny”
