Even though Kate Moss is widely known for having wicked brittle hair, the supermodel launched her own haircare line. Kate teamed up with childhood friend James Brown (I feel good!) to create a full haircare range that features such ingredients as nettle, white tea, watercress and wheatgerm, laced with the sweet smell of Bluebell. Considering this is a line from Kate, I expected the products to stink of cigarettes and crack dust, but no, Kate put together a luscious-smelling product that received high marks from industry professionals.

James is a well-known hairdresser in his own right, coiffing the ‘do’s of fashionable ladies like Madonna and Victoria Beckham. James grew up with Kate in her hometown of Croydon.

Kate and James attended Monday’s launch of the haircare line at the Oxford Street Boots in London. No word yet when the products will be available in the US.

Although the products will feature Kate’s imaging on the package, her name will not be branded on the bottles. Instead, the range is called “James Brown London.”
