Lindsay Lohan arrived in LA over the weekend to begin work on Dare to Love Me, her first post-rehab project. She spent Sunday chilling with friends, seeing the movie Elizabeth: The Golden Age (really?), and hitting up a tanning salon.

I’m not sure what they did to her face while she was at that tanning salon, but I sincerely hope it’s reversible. Homegirl is looking a bit bizarre.

In other Lindsay news, she filed a countersuit against the man who sued her a few months ago over a car accident that occurred in West Hollywood in 2005.

Raymundo Ortega claimed Lindsay was negligent in the accident, because she was looking over her shoulder for paparazzi, rather than keeping her eyes on the road. Lindsay, meanwhile, claimed in her countersuit that it was Ortega who was negligent.

Surely he wasn’t looking out for paparazzi too?
