According to Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch, the soul singer has suffered from a severe eating disorder for quite awhile. Mitch admitted his daughter cut back on her heavy drinking, but hasn’t addressed her problems with bulimia.
‘She’s not drinking as heavily now as she was then actually but there are other problems. The other problem is the bulimia which is still apparent, although she’s put on about a stone in weight but it’s still affecting her health and there are problems with substance abuse as well’ he confessed.
‘She’s eating, although the eating disorder hasn’t been fully addressed. If you look at the photographs of her in August and see her now you will see a marked change for the better. But it’s a change for the better, it isn’t a cure.’
Mitch went on to add that despite the fact that his daughter is a bulimic crackhead, she’s still a nice girl.
‘The newspapers don’t say what a lovely person she is, what a caring girl she is, what a wonderful grandchild and child she’s been to her parents.’
Oh vey, I’ve never felt so bad for a set of grandparents.

No way, she’s not eating? Huh, I never would’ve guessed she had an eating disorder. Of course, half of the disorder is the drugs she’s taking that make her not want to eat.

I don’t think heroin addiction could fairly be described as an eating disorder.

Let me start by saying for any of us that have experimented with drugs, YES…it makes you not want to eat and you get so so skinny, USUALLY, depending on how much and how often you take the drugs. It also depends on which drugs you choose to do. Speed and heroin and crack do have a tendancy to suck you right up into a anorexic looking kinda person, but dont be fooled because as soon as that person totally lays off the drugs, then they plump right up again. Drugs also slow down your metabolism after you quit. Better to never fool around with them!!!

hey amy is a great person and a great singer. she doesn’t need to hurt herself by doing this. she is beautiful the way she is. and there is nothing else that she needs to do. but if she wants to do this to herself who can stop her its her life and her choice. but i hope she makes a good choice and decideds to change her ways for her fans and most of all for herself. amy we love you girl. and we hope and pray to god that you change your ways.
