Britney Spears’ appeal for visitation rights with her two sons didn’t go so well. A parenting coach issued scathing report to the judge presiding over the case, insisting that Britney essentially didn’t give a fuck about her kids. As a result, the singer’s visitation rights with Sean Preston and Jayden James were scaled down to two supervised visits per week. She will also be allowed one overnight visit from 12pm to 10am.
In court documents released today, parenting coach Lisa Hacker claimed Britney missed three appointments with her, and maintained Britney was not “child-centered.”
“The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has on her children,” Hacker says, “nothing is going to be successful.”
According to Hacker, the singer showed a “lack of general attention at times.” In addition, when the kids were with Spears, they “have no real schedule or routine. The environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.”
Also, during the visits, Spears “had little to no interest in talking to or utilizing” Hacker’s guidance.
The coach does, however, concede that Spears “loves her children and the children are bonded to [Spears].”
Still, Hacker expressed concern that “many of [Spears's] interactions with the children are not child-centered….It seems that her choices are dependant more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”
However, Hacker witnessed nothing that she “would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense.”
By the fourth meeting, Hacker noted that Spears “seemed much more engaged with [the coach] and her children.”
Neither Spears or Federline’s attorneys refuted the coach’s observations with any evidence.
The judge also ruled Britney’s drug tests must continue twice a week (despite her protests) and if they remain clean, she will only be tested once a week. Britney’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, retained primary custody of the children, and the judge ordered both of Britney’s homes must be child-proofed by November 2.

Wow, she looks “special” in that picture.
My only question is why are the overnights from Midnight to 10 am? Why not a normal DECENT time for kids like 8 to 8 or something manageable for small kids?

that time looks like 12 noon to 10 am. Why would anybody give her custody in the first place.
