It looks like Lindsay Lohan only had one post-rehab plan: to make herself as unattractive as possible. Lindsay left LA restaurant Il Sole sporting a new pair of puckered, orange lips this week.

Her nose looks different too. Plus she is gaining weight, which is SOP for people coming off blow. Also SOP for recent detox people is crazy behavior so that would explain the lips.
