According to the Daily Mail, Amy Winehouse’s drug addiction and unhealthy lifestyle caused her teeth to fall out, one by one. Amy’s reported love for heroin has caused her to lose a few teeth, and develop gum disease.
Sources singer said she was “falling apart mentally and physically” and has developed a nervous disposition which causes her to constantly pull at her teeth.
And they said she is “in pieces” over the remand of her husband Blake Fielder-Civil in Pentonville Prison on charges of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
“Amy is very upset about her teeth because they have literally been falling out,” a source said last night.
“She has one missing from the front of her mouth, and another one at the back which is less visible.
“Her mouth is full of holes and she is desperately worried she is going to lose more. She has actually pulled a tooth out herself, which is absolutely disgusting.”
“She picks at them all the time,” the source said.
“Her gums are always red and sore as a result of it and some of the teeth are loosening.”
Photographers for The Sun snapped photos of Amy stumbling around East London at 5:40am this weekend wearing only a red bra and no shoes.
A source said: “Amy came out and started stumbling around. She popped her head over the fence like she was looking for something. It was freezing and she had no shoes and just a red bra. She was mumbling something incomprehensible. It wasn’t the behavior of someone in the right state of mind.”
A spokesperson said: “Amy had been asleep and heard a noise. She went outside to investigate. She didn’t realise the time.”
We can expect to see the rest of the oh-so-sexy photos of Amy later today.

It has to be meth not heroin, im sure she does other drugs but her main drug is definitley meth, she has all sympthoms.

She looks so gross. And I love the plastic rosary tucked into the bra. What’s wrong with some people that they can’t see how fucked up they are?
I understand that addicts don’t get it but I guess I can’t understand it since I’ve never been one.

Man, it breaks my heart to see her like this. As dramatic as it may sounds I feel her pain. She’s of course an unbelievable talent and I hope someday she’ll kick the habit.

Have you seen her in interviews? She is nodding out and itching like crazy…. It’s definately heroin. (She probanly does coke also) Opiates will rot your teeth out for sure, and heroin is an opiate.

Opiates do not cause your teeth to rot (nor does heroin). It’s caused by poor nutrition and diet. The whole teeth rotting thing being caused by opiates is a myth. Do some reading, please, and stop spouting things you are so uninformed about. (btw, Government propaganda about drugs and drug use is most definitely filled with lies and disinformation)
Also, the people here with their holier than thou attitude, especially for people with drug and other problems make me sick. No wonder we have so many problems in the world today, look at the total and utter lack of compassion and understanding coming from most of the people who have posted here. I’m not judging Amy for her decisions and none of us here have the right to do so either. Her life is her life, she has the freedom to do whatever she damn wants to.

I am sure it did not start off with the hard core drugs, she is missing something. When we grow up, we need to have positive people in our lives, maybe she was hurt by someone and she gave up, you know the classic case of just diappear into the drug world to escape. She is a talented and beautiful looking woman but she needs to see it, and putting her down will not change who she is, she needs to see the value in herself. If she has good people in her life all is not lost. She is young and strong, just a little intervention might go a long way.

The thing is, so many people are making money off her that they have been afraid to get her dumb, junkie ass into rehab, and now it’s too late. The record industry plankton think it’s part of her mystique and think an occasional heroin binge will give her cool street cred. Heroin is disgusting. Anyone who offers someone heroin is just about offering to make them a whore and then kill them, because by the time heroin addiction runs its course there is nothing left of the beautiful person you once knew. Winehouse is probably not going to make it out of this, and all of her music friends will need to take some of the blame.

I agree with what Nic said. During a time when I did not have any money, although I was working two jobs to make ends meet, I broke down and spent the money to see a dentist. My gums were bleeding and receding, causing my teeth to become loose. My problem was a lack of nutrition and sleep. Once I changed those habits, my gums normalized.
Either way, Amy has more talent in her pinkie than most of us. She needs to understand her own value and worth and take care of herself so that she can continue to entertain us far into the future.

I’d kill to have her body. Why do some women get all the luck and then throw it away on drugs and let their face go to hell. Plus, she’s so talented.
I’m smart, half-way decent looking and fat as the day is long. I guess I’ve got a different addiction. It sucks.
