According to TMZ, Britney Spears is expected to be deposed by Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, today at 10am. Kaplan has tried for the past year to get Britney under oath and deposed over child custody matters, but her camp stalled.
The deposition is expected to take several days, but I’m having a hard time imaging her even bothering to show up.
