During an interview with W, Hilary Swank admitted she takes 45 vitamin supplements everyday, plus various daily vitamin injections. Oh hey, junkie.

“This is my Aloe C, which I dissolve in water,” she says in the mag’s January issue. “Here’s my flax. This one’s for my immune system, and this one is my BrainWave, it’s great, like if I have a lot of lines to memorize. I just took my most important ones, which are my Oz Garcia Longevity Pak. I shoved them in my mouth right before I met you, which I actually shouldn’t do, because I choked on my vitamins once before.”

Oh, and she exercises and shit, too.

“I have a really high metabolism. Exercise is also really important to me. I think it gives me more energy. I would rather sleep six hours and get an hour workout than sleep seven hours.”

All of that effort just so she can look like a 13 year old boy. Amazing.

Jesus, she’s got an impressive list of supplements there. Reminds me of Bill Romanowski. (former NFL player)

You can’t O.D. on vitamins, but once your body has used what it needs they are no good. They just turn into poop. It’s like paying for nothing. Your body will only accept what it needs in vitamins, the rest is waste. The idiocy of people really really confuses me.

Ms. Hillary if you have any extra vitamins could I have one please; I wish I could afford one bottle of multi-vitamins nowadays!

Actually I think it IS possible to OD on vitamins, and I believe too much of the wrong ones can be really bad for you. I think it may go that the water-soluble things will pass through, but the non-water-soluble ones stick in your system and can hurt you…I’m not sure which ones, like DougHamilt up there, I can’t afford that many vitamins myself.
