Andre Birleanu, the angry Russian dude from VH1’s “America’s Most Smartest Model,” told Page Six he’s pissed at the network for “destroying” him. Police arrested Andre a few months ago for allegedly sexually assaulting two women at a NYC restaurant. Andre claimed VH1 wouldn’t let him tell his side of the story to the media, which caused him to lose modeling gigs.

Birleanu’s lawyer, Ryan Blanch, called the claims against his client “a conspiracy” and said, “We have witnesses who will testify and clear his name in court, and prove these allegations are entirely unfounded.”

Andre’s contract with VH1 is set to expire in July, but he said he needs to be released immediately before his career heads down the tubes.

“VH1 has not allowed me to comment to the press or to clear my name. They tell me not to say anything, but then they don’t stand up for me.”

He said that the bad press has already cost him some high-profile modeling gigs. “I lost a billboard campaign in the middle of Times Square for South Pole. I lost a photo shoot with Target, and a Calvin Klein ad . . . it has been terrible for my career,” he grumbled.

“I am a model,” he said. “I love the pictures. But VH1 needs to release me from my contract now… I am hot now.

“I had a great career before the show, and now I am losing a lot because of VH1. I made them money and they destroyed me.”

Adding insult to injury, the angry Soviet claimed VH1 barred him from attending the  wrap party in LA for the show because of the bad press stemming from his arrest.

“It is a party for me, and they told me I can not come,” he said.

A VH1 spokesperson responded, “That’s funny. We thought the party was for Sunday’s season finale: not him.”

I still find him mad hot. I mean, really, what girl can resist an abusive asshole?
