Victoria Beckham’s massive camel toe was overshadowed only by a hangy-boob-thing during a performance in London on Saturday night. Posh reportedly had her breast implants removed before the tour began, so perhaps that thing spilling out of her Roberto Cavalli corset is an after-effect of that procedure.
