After just two months of marriage, Pamela Anderson filed for divorce from Rick Salomon, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple married on October 6 in Las Vegas, and at the time, Pam claimed she’d never been happier in her life.

Although her rep refused to comment, Pam posted a new blog entry, but only discussed the end of her stint as Hans Klok’s assistant in his Vegas magic show.

“I’ve decided against taking a HUGE offer to do a big production in Vegas -I’ve officially passed. Sounded like fun for a minute- very complicated with all the things hotel was offering– but after being home- it’s impossible for me to leave- and going back and forth was already difficult 2x week with Han’s show for 6 months- - this would take up much more of my time- as much as kids love Vegas. I think we’re done.

I’ll do a few stage appearances soon/Europe- Wild surprises/legendary stages-to fulfill the exhibitionist in me-that deal is done- but committing to years in Vegas-8-10 shows a week is not going to work for my family- I’ve never made decisions based on money- and I’d hate to start now- I’m going to work on my dream now- and stay Home–!!!”

This was the third marriage for Pam. Her 2006 marriage to Kid Rock ended in a very similar fashion: Pam and Kid married in five different ceremonies across the world, and then filed for divorce a couple months later, with both proclaiming it was the biggest mistake they had ever made.

P.S. Not to brag, but I was totally right. Never marry a dude wearing a denim mini-dress: it will surely ruin your chances of making the relationship last.
