Kevin Federline won a small victory in court today: the judge agreed to push back Britney Spears’ scheduled depositionto February 19 so Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, could have more time to prepare. Because of this, the couple’s custody arrangement will stay in place at least until the next hearing, meaning Britney still does not have custody of her two sons.
This news reportedly bummed Britney out, as she wanted her custody rights to restored today.
Commissioner Scott Gordon also subpoenaed video from TMZ showing Britney out partying the same day she claimed to be too ill to attend her scheduled deposition.

Why the hell would she get custody back of the kids when she can’t even bother herself to get up off her ass and go to the deposition last week? Did she think the judge would just so “Oh you’re famous, sure you can have them back”?
I’m glad she doesn’t have those kids. She doesn’t care enough about them to show up to court when she’s supposed to so why should she have them in her custody for even a minute?
I’m irritated by this girl so much more with each passing day.
