Lindsay Lohan is headed to Italy this month for her first big award. The Hollywood Film Festival in Capri will honor Lindsay for her “contributions to cinema” on December 30. Umm… was “Herbie: Fully Loaded” super-popular in Italy or something?

“It is indeed an honor to have Lindsay Lohan at Capri Hollywood,” festival producer Pascal Vicedomini said. “We are delighted to recognize her talent as a performing artist, as well as her position as an icon in the world of entertainment.”

Oddly, past previous recipients of this honor include Oscar winners Vanessa Redgrave, Faye Dunaway, Mira Sorvino, and Geoffrey Rush.

In other news, I will also be traveling to Capri to receive an award for my contributions to world of paper mache. I made a paper mache globe in the kindergarten, and the kind people at the Capri festival wish to congratulate me on that major achievement.

haha, maybe they’ll give her your paper mache globe as the award.
The only contribution she’s made is to her rehab center.
