Mischa Barton put on her best “I’m bummed” face as she walked out of the West Hollywood police station yesterday morning. Following her arrest on DUI and possession charges, Mischa spent a few hours in the pokey until her mother bailed her ass out at 10am.

Despite her arrest, Mischa is still scheduled to host a party at Las Vegas’ Luxor Hotel on Saturday.

“We are aware of Mischa Barton’s [arrest], but at present she is still expected to host the CatHouse Grand Opening at the Luxor on December 29th,” a rep for the venue said via statement. Leaving the door open for a possible switcheroo, they added, “We will let you know if anything changes.”

Good to know you can get arrested, but still keep your gig hosting parties.
