Lindsay Lohan’s blabby father, Michael Lohan, offered words of advice for Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears, or as he likes to refer to them, “the Spearses.” That’s right: plural.
“People just don’t realize what it’s like to live under the whirlwind that families like mine and the Spearses and other families out there are caught up in,” Lindsay Lohan’s father, 47, tells Extra. “It takes a lot to hold it together.”
When it comes to dispensing advice to the Spears clan, including matriarch Lynne Spears, Lohan says, “Stand together. Stand by each other and don’t let anyone come between you.”
Michael, always a fountain of knowledge, also addressed rumors that Lindsay hooked up with actor Adrian Grenier.
“He’s a friend,” says Lohan. “She went over there for dinner one night over the holidays for an hour or so. They drank water and she went home.”
Yeah, sometimes I just like to go to my friends’ homes and “drink water” for an hour or so. In fact, I’ve probably drank water with quite a few of you. Let’s try to get together and drink some water again soon, ok?

Why did he feel the need to offer such an odd detail about her evening? The Lohanses are a bunch of fucking weirdos.

Mr_Alyk almost made me spit out coffee with his use of “Lohanses”.
And uh, thanks Michael, I’m sure everyone will be coming to you for advice on how to deal with publicity because you and your family have done so well so far.
(yes, I did roll my eyes when I typed that. )

I plan on drinking quite a bit of water tonight myself.
(If I’m being forced to dine at a T.G.I.Friday’s, my ass is getting hydrated).

Nomi, a glass of water sounds pretty good. I think I might have a few with Alyk tonight.
Nights were made for good times and delicious water.

I personally prefer Jesus water-that’s the stuff he’s turned to wine. But virgin Jesus water is OK, too, I guess….if I hafta.
