EMS workers carried Britney Spears on a stretcher into a waiting ambulance around 2:50 et this morning. Shortly after, the ambulance arrived at the UCLA Medical Center, where the singer is reportedly undergoing a mental evaluation. As she was wheeled into the ER, Britney flipped off waiting paparazzi.
Britney’s two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, were carried into the emergency room by hospital attendants. No word on what the children are being treated for.

If there’s any justice in the universe, they’ll sterilize her while she’s in there. I bet she fed the kids fentanyl lollipops or CLAIMED they were injured so she could wrangle more attention.

Like Seriously! Now she mite get help but come on the FUCK it’s totally her Mother’s fault! Like who is she writing a book on good parenting when she’s clearly never given her daughter(s) the support they needed growing up! Too busy forcing them into the limelight!! Money/fame hungry BAD PARENT!!!

it can happen to anyone..mental breakdowns that is. too much stress, partying and lack of sleep can break the healthiest of minds. you’d be surprised how fragile we all are.

I really can’t believe what some people say/post about this young woman, so cynic and cold. Sure she’s a celeb, but she is a human being who obviously are in great distress, needing all the help and understanding she can get, from people who love her and from professionals who can deal with and understand her special situation. None of us, I’m sure, can even begin to understand how it is to be in the public light the way she is, also at such a difficult time in her life. I really believe that this is not a case of her just needing to “get her act together”, I don’t think it is that simple, but of course, I don’t know just as none of us really know - we all have a right to patient confidenciality, and even Britney has a right to get that. But it surely *seems* like she now isn’t “just reckless”, but SICK. And out of control (of herself) because of mental illness. Her possible abuse of drugs may just be a secondary thing (I understand that people thought that she was under the influence of drugs when she was taken to hospital, but her tests here negative and proved that she had not taken any drugs), that she suffers from mental illness which she needs treatment of and that drug use is more a consequense. Self medicating, if you will… Hopefully she understands and realizes that she needs help and accepts the help offered to her, so that she can get back to being beautiful young woman she used to be and also a good mother for her two adoring children who really needs her. It would truly be a tragedy if she ends her life way too early, just like so many other celebs before her. So many strive for stardom, but it sure does not seem to be a blessing for many to be rich and famous and I guess that most can’t imagine beforehand how tough it may be to live with much of what it means, e.g. not being able to go anywhere without being hunted by paparazzi, not knowing if people want to know you for you or for your popularity and/or money etc… No wonder some just can’t handle it all and end out getting ill…
