LAPD confirmed they issued a restraining order against Britney Spears in an effort to keep her at least 100 feet from Kevin Federline and their two children. Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, claimed he did not request the restraining order, and did not say if he would attempt to extend it past temporary status.

Called an “emergency protective order,” it is enforced for five business days. Officers did it to “stabilize the situation,” confirmed Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

“The person it’s placed upon would have to stay approximately 100 feet from the other person, or face arrest,” says LAPD spokesman Mike Lopez, who could not confirm the restraining order on Spears. “In most cases, it’s issued by officers when there’s the possibility of imminent and immediate danger to the victim.”

Added Kaplan: “Kevin doesn’t want to keep his kids from being involved in [Spears's] life. But foremost is that the kids be in an environment of structure [and] stability. The next goal is to get things to a point where both parents are able to participate fully in their [children's] lives.”

Britney might want to issue a few of those restraining orders herself: the photo agency that employs her new boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, shopped around semi-nude photos of Britney, reportedly taken by Adnan. Although the agency initially wanted a five-figure sum for the photos of a pant-less Britney, an Australian tab eventually picked up the pics for $57,000. Why such a low figure? A source said, “the photos weren’t any good.”

Why would anyone pay for any “sexy” pics of her now? She’s repeatedly flashed everything anyone could possibly want to see for free. They’d need to film her doing some Kobe Tai sh!t for big bucks these days.

Yeah, I agree with Darth Paul. There’s no reason to pay for any pictures of her sans pants. It’s nothing we all haven’t seen for free already anyway.

God please help this poor girl. Keeping you in our prayers Britney.
