Joel Madden issued a statement about his newborn daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, saying mom Nicole Richie and baby were doing well.
“We are very blessed she’s healthy and beautiful and so good already. We are very happy.”
Nicole gave birth to Harlow on Friday in Los Angeles. This is the couple’s first child.
