I don’t agree with most of the TV choices, but I was thrilled to see Marion Cotillard and Javier Bardem walk away with Best Supporting trophies: if you haven’t seen La Vie en Rose and No Country for Old Men yet, you should do so immediately. I also loved Daniel Day Lewis in There Will Be Blood, but he already has enough props from everyone else.

Hahah George Clooney and all the other swarmy liberal actors were defiantly backing the strikers not long ago, go strikers!.. they sneered at the golden globes, ah, we don’t need that sort of thing, we stand tall behind our writers..now they are quietly, desperately begging for a end, permanent, any resolution so they can get their walk down the red carpet, freebies and adultation for their work, actually any new work.. We NEED THE Oscars, to return to our jobs, writing .. PEOPLE!..
