Although court was scheduled to be in session at 9am PST, Britney Spears has not arrived to her custody hearing yet. Kevin Federline arrived on time, sporting a mohawk and a navy suit.
Sources claimed Britney hasn’t left her home yet, but her assistant, Karla Ruiz, managed to arrive to the court house on time.
According to Us Weekly, Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, plans to ask the commissioner to completely cut off Britney’s visitation rights with her two sons until the trial in April.

UPDATE: Britney arrived at the courthouse a little bit ago, but after getting out of her car, she hopped back in, and is now on the freeway presumably headed home. Britney’s attorneys demanded that she show up today, as it’s her last ditch effort for the time being to get a chance at visitation with her children. I guess homegirl just doesn’t care.
According to X-17, after leaving the courthouse, Britney and her posse (including Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalib) headed to a nearby church. No one has any clue why she randomly decided to show up to a church she doesn’t belong to, so whatev.
Scratch that church shit: Britney and posse are now enjoying a late lunch together at the Gaucho Grill on Ventura Blvd. Oh, and she dressed like a trollop, which is always fun for us.
UPDATE #2: Upon arriving at the courthouse earlier today, Britney reportedly told her attorney she didn’t want to testify. So she just bounced.
TMZ has learned that when Britney first arrived at the courthouse and went into an underground tunnel, she was met by two of her lawyers — Anne Kiley and Tara Scott. We’re told they actually got into the Escalade to speak with her. That’s when Brit said she just didn’t want to testify.
That would also explain why she didn’t go inside the courthouse from the tunnel. Once she drove away, she came back — and at one point got out of the SUV — but then got back in and drove off.
There was a rumor going around that Britney might return to court at 3:30 PST, but at this point, that seems unlikely. Hope she had a good lunch.
UPDATE #3: Mommy of the Year is back at home now. Oh well, I guess she can just make more babies.

Seriously? What the fuck is wrong with her? These are her KIDS! You better get your shit together and be there EARLY when it involves your kids. I hope she loses every parental right she ever had. If you can’t make an effort for them, then you don’t deserve them.

I don’t think she ever saw her kids as anything other than life size dress up dolls. She hasn’t ever acted like a parent.
At this point I hope she loses visitation so the kids will have some stability.

K-fed is just pulling off a sham. I can’t believe people are buying his crap. His lawyer is just a big mafia style bully trying to do everything to push her over the edge. I think the kids should be with a third party. The girl has mental issues she probably doesn’t understand how important it is since she legally DOES NOT have to be there. I think she should have supervised visitation only until she gets the mental help she needs. Where is her family? They should be in court filing a petition to legally be able to get her help without her consent. Why do these people think they could get her to consent when she doesn’t think anything is wrong. Hello mental people aren’t going to have the sound mind to know they have a problem.

She can’t be a parent, when she never had a good parent in the first place. Her mother is just as sick as she is. Look at her younger sisters actions. I think she should lose custody of those kids.

Sham…you’re kidding me. Your logic is a 26 year old woman is not responsible for her own actions. Right. She obviously has mental issues but that doesn’t mean everyone should just accommodate her or be responsible for her. You’re obviously a fan but don’t let that cloud the facts. Brit doesn’t have a problem when she’s getting Starbucks, buying puppies at the mall, or using public bathrooms. If someone was deciding whether or not YOU should have access to YOUR kids and it was a public hearing, WOULDN’T YOU BE THERE???

What the hell? I was right. I said she’d probably wear another shirt/dress and those wicked nasty boots. I can’t see her feet but I’m assuming it was something stupid.
She must not give a shit about her kids. I mean, there’s no reason why she should get away with this bullshit. I feel so bad for those kids.
